5. Tracking Information

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.
If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days after your order has shipped, please contact us at support@pleene.com.

6. Priority Handling

If available at checkout, Priority Handling means your order is prioritized during processing and preparation before handover to the carrier.
Priority Handling does not guarantee a specific delivery date and does not remove the possibility of carrier delays, customs delays, or delays caused by circumstances outside our control.

7. Undeliverable or Returned Shipments

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failure to receive or collect the package, refusal of delivery, or any similar issue caused by the customer, the customer may be responsible for return shipping fees, re-delivery costs, or any additional carrier charges.
