3. Language and Storage of Contract Text
The contract language is English.
We store your order details and send them to you by email after your purchase. For security reasons, past orders may not be accessible online after checkout unless customer account functionality is available.

4. Shipping & Delivery
Additional shipping costs may apply and will be displayed during checkout before you place your order.
We ship orders through mail and courier services. Self-pickup is not available.
We do not ship to PO Boxes unless stated otherwise during checkout.
Delivery times shown on the Website are estimates and may vary depending on destination, courier handling, customs processing, seasonal demand, or other circumstances outside our control.

7. Damage During Transport
If your order arrives with visible shipping damage, please report the damage to the courier where possible and contact us as soon as possible at support@pleene.com.
Please include your order number and, if possible, photos of the damaged packaging or product. This helps us review your case quickly and claim reimbursement from the courier when applicable.
Failure to report shipping damage immediately does not affect your statutory rights, but it helps us resolve the issue faster.

Pleene™ products are personal-use bedding items. For hygiene, safety, and product longevity, customers are responsible for following the care instructions provided with the product, on the packaging, product label, or product page.
Improper washing, drying, storage, or handling may affect the comfort, appearance, and durability of the product and may limit eligibility for warranty or return claims.
This section does not limit any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
