Ordering & Payment

We accept all major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. All payments are processed securely with encrypted checkout.

Yes. Our checkout is fully encrypted (SSL) and processed through trusted payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.

We aim to dispatch orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible at support@pleene.com. If your order hasn’t been packed yet, we’ll happily amend or cancel it. Once it has shipped, you can use our 90-night trial to return it.

Absolutely. You’ll get a confirmation email straight after ordering, followed by a dispatch email with tracking once your parcel is on its way. If nothing arrives, check your spam folder or contact us.

UK orders are typically delivered within 3–5 working days. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days of being placed. You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel ships.

We offer free standard UK delivery on all orders. Any applicable charges for express or international delivery are shown clearly at checkout before you pay.

Yes, we ship to selected countries across Europe. Delivery times and costs vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Any customs or import duties, where they apply, are the responsibility of the recipient.

Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking link so you can follow your parcel every step of the way. If you haven’t received tracking within 3 working days, get in touch and we’ll look into it.

First, check your tracking link for the latest status. If it’s been longer than expected or the tracking hasn’t updated, email us at support@pleene.com with your order number and we’ll sort it out for you.

Returns & Guarantee

We want you to feel the difference for yourself. Sleep with your Pleene duvet for up to 90 nights in your own bed. If it’s not right for you, simply return it for a full refund — no questions asked.

Just email support@pleene.com with your order number and we’ll send you simple step-by-step return instructions. Once we receive your item, we’ll process your refund promptly.

Once your return reaches us and is checked, we process refunds within 3–5 working days. It may take a few extra days for the amount to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

We’re sorry if that happens. Email us a photo and your order number within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll arrange a free replacement or refund right away.

For faulty or incorrect items, returns are completely free. For change-of-mind returns within the 90-night trial, our team will explain the simplest return option when you get in touch.

Pleene CoolRest™ (Cooling Duvet)

It’s made from breathable ice-silk with a Q-Max value of 0.3 — a measure of how quickly a fabric draws heat away from your skin. The higher the value, the cooler it feels. The moment it touches your skin it feels noticeably cool, drawing excess body heat away through the night.

Q-Max measures the instant cooling sensation of a fabric on first contact. Ordinary cotton sits around 0.18, while the CoolRest™ reaches 0.3 — clearly higher cooling performance. In short: the higher the number, the cooler the duvet feels the second you lie down.

That’s right. The EasyRest™ is a duvet and cover in one, so there’s no separate cover to put on or take off. You simply wash the whole thing and lay it back on the bed — that’s it.

You can wash the entire duvet — not just a cover. With traditional duvets, usually only the cover is washed while the duvet itself is rarely cleaned, so over time sweat, dust and allergens build up. With the EasyRest™, your bed stays regularly fresh and hygienically clean.

Yes. The breathable construction helps regulate temperature through the night — pleasantly cool in summer and cosily warm in winter, so it works comfortably all year round.

The EasyRest™ air dries in around 2 hours — or even faster in the dryer. It fits in any normal household washing machine, so keeping your bed fresh takes minimal effort.

Care & Material

Both duvets are fully machine washable in any normal household machine — no separate cover needed. Wash on a gentle cycle at a low temperature, then air dry or tumble dry on low. Always check the care label that comes with your duvet.

Yes. Because you can wash the whole duvet regularly and there are no feathers or down, they’re well suited to allergy sufferers. Regular washing keeps dust, sweat and allergens to a minimum.

Our duvets are available in the most popular UK bed sizes. The available options for each product are shown on its product page — just select your size before adding to basket.

Make sure it’s completely dry, then fold and store it in a cool, dry place — ideally in a breathable storage bag rather than sealed plastic, so the fabric can breathe.
